Job Introduction

Support Worker

Pay rate: £14.50 per hour - Weekly and Monthly pay available

Shift Pattern: 08.00-20.00 and sleep nights

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing 1:1 support to a bright and joyful young Lady who lives in their own home in Exeter.

She enjoys music, social media, shopping trips, women’s football and discovering new places. To help her stay connected with the things she loves, we’re looking for someone local who knows Exeter well, can drive her car, and holds a full UK driving licence.

This is a rewarding role supporting a young woman

who brings a lot of happiness, warmth, and personality to those around her.

Experience and Skills of a Support Worker


  • You should be kind, patient, caring, reliable, consistent and confident in your role
  • Happy to engage in sensory, creative, and play‑based activities.
  • Comfortable working within ttheir own home
  • Able to work as part of a small, stable team.
