We're an Ofsted-rated Good apprenticeship training provider with a reputation for delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes, supporting employers and genuinely caring about both our learners and our people.

As we continue to grow and expand our partnerships with leading health and care employers, we're looking for Senior Health & Social Care Skills Coach- experienced at delivering Level 5 Care apprenticeships- to join our friendly, ambitious team.

This is an important role within our growing Adult Care provision and we specifically need someone with experience of delivering, coaching or assessing apprentices at Level 5.

What you'll do

  • Coach apprentices undertaking Levels 2, 3 and 5 Health & Social Care Apprenticeships.
  • Deliver engaging coaching sessions online and in the workplace.
  • Support learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Assess learner progress and provide high-quality, constructive feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with employers to support learner achievement.
  • Prepare learners for successful End Point Assessment.
  • Maintain accurate learner records using our e-portfolio system.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and outstanding learner outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a Skills Coach, Assessor or Trainer in Health & Social Care.
  • Occupational experience within Adult Care.
  • Experience delivering apprenticeship standards (up to Level 5 Leader in Adult Care).
  • A recognised teaching and/or assessor qualification.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
