岗位职责

作为直播项目负责人助理，你将深度参与直播项目的日常运营与执行，包括：

  • 协助直播负责人管理直播间节奏与现场氛围
  • 配合主播进行互动控场，提升直播间活跃度与停留时长
  • 实时关注直播数据（在线人数、转化率、互动率等），协助优化直播表现
  • 协调直播过程中的突发情况，保障直播稳定进行
  • 协助制定直播流程、互动玩法及基础话术内容
  • 配合运营、主播与场控团队完成日常直播安排与项目推进
  • 支持直播项目的日常沟通、排班及执行工作

  • 对 TikTok LIVE / 电商直播行业感兴趣
  • 有 TikTok、抖音、快手等直播相关经验优先（无经验但学习能力强也欢迎）
  • 具备良好的沟通能力、执行力与团队协作能力
