Content Manager (Video & Social Media)

Location: Belfast (100% Office-Based – No Hybrid or Remote Working)

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Create Content That Reaches Millions

We're looking for a creative, ambitious Content Manager to join our growing team in Belfast.

This is a fully office-based position, working alongside our founder and marketing team every day. If you're looking for a hybrid or remote role, this position won't be suitable.

You'll be responsible for planning, filming and editing engaging short-form content for both Private Sick Pay and our founder's rapidly growing personal brand. This is a genuinely hands-on role where you'll own the content process from concept through to publication.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Planning and managing a rolling content calendar across key content pillars.
  • Filming high-quality short-form content with our founder and other team members.
  • Editing engaging Reels, Shorts and TikTok-style videos with strong hooks, captions and fast-paced storytelling.
  • Publishing and scheduling content across Instagram and YouTube.
  • Monitoring content performance and using insights to improve future output.
  • Repurposing content into graphics, quote posts and carousel content.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience creating and editing short-form video content.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Confidence directing on-camera talent and filming independently.
  • Excellent understanding of social media trends and audience retention.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a content calendar.
  • Comfortable working within regulated messaging where accuracy is essential.

Bonus Skills

  • Canva or graphic design experience.
  • Long-form YouTube or podcast editing.
  • LinkedIn content experience.

This Role Isn't For You If...

  • You're looking for hybrid or remote working.
  • You prefer managing agencies rather than creating content yourself.
  • You dislike being behind the camera, filming and editing daily.

If you're passionate about building brands through video content and want to play a key role in a fast-growing business, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Company events
  • Company pension
  • Free parking
  • On-site parking

Work Location: In person
