Full job description

About Us

Sinowave Marketing is a fast-growing marketing agency based in London. We work with brands across fashion, beauty, eCommerce, medical, technology, and professional services, delivering social-first content and performance-driven campaigns across the UK and Europe.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who already thinks like a content creator — understands trends, shoots content, analyses performance, and knows how to optimise content based on data.
You will manage social media accounts end-to-end, from content ideation and shooting to posting, analysis, and reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Shooting

  • Create and shoot short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories.
  • Participate in on-site shoots, events, and campaigns, capturing social-first and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Translate trends into brand-appropriate content ideas.
  • Assist with simple video editing, captions, hooks, and on-screen text.
  • Ensure content follows platform trends, formats, and best practices.

Trend Awareness & Platform Knowledge

  • Stay up to date with TikTok, Instagram, and broader social media trends.
  • Identify trending sounds, formats, memes, and content styles relevant to different brands.
  • Understand platform algorithms and how content performance can be optimised.

Account Management & Execution

  • Manage day-to-day social media accounts across multiple clients.
  • Prepare content calendars, posting schedules, and coordinate approvals.
  • Work closely with internal creatives, editors, and clients to ensure smooth delivery.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor content performance (reach, engagement, watch time, saves, conversions).
  • Read insights from TikTok, Instagram, and Meta dashboards.
  • Prepare clear, visual performance reports with insights and optimisation suggestions.
  • Use data to refine content direction and posting strategy.

Campaign & Influencer Support

  • Support campaign execution, product launches, and offline events.
  • Assist with influencer content tracking and reposting.
  • Help optimise influencer and brand content for organic and paid amplification.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience as a content creator or content-focused social media manager.
  • Confident in filming short-form video content.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends and algorithms.
  • Comfortable analysing performance data and turning insights into action.
  • Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a marketing or creative agency.
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
  • Experience with influencer or UGC content.
  • Familiarity with UK / European social media trends.
  • Experience managing fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or medical brands.

What We Offer

  • Hands-on involvement in real content shoots, campaigns, and events.
  • Opportunity to work across diverse industries and markets.
  • A creative, fast-paced, and international team environment.
  • Clear growth path toward Senior Account Manager or Content Lead.
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
