Social Media Content Creator

Location: Leeds (Hybrid)

Company: Sports Hub Brands | Reebok Teamwear

About the Role

Sports Hub Brands is looking for a creative and ambitious Social Media Content Creator to help bring the Reebok Teamwear brand to life across digital platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what engages sports audiences, and can create exciting content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and generates commercial opportunities.

Working closely with our partnerships, sales, design, and product teams, you'll be responsible for telling the stories behind our clubs, products, athlete partnerships, events, and brand growth across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
  • Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content at sports events, club visits, photoshoots, and product launches.
  • Develop social media campaigns that increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
  • Produce short-form video content including reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, product launches, and matchday content.
  • Plan and manage a content calendar across multiple brands and channels.
  • Work with football clubs, sports organisations, ambassadors, and partners to create compelling content.
  • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to capitalise on viral moments.
  • Write engaging captions, copy, and calls-to-action.
  • Analyse content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and events.

Skills & ExperienceEssential

  • Proven experience creating content for social media platforms.
  • Strong photography and videography skills.
  • Excellent video editing abilities using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong creative eye for storytelling, branding, and visual content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Desirable

  • Experience within sport, football, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of paid social advertising.
  • Experience working with influencers, athletes, or sports clubs.
  • Drone photography/videography experience.

What We're Looking For

We're not looking for someone who simply posts content. We're looking for someone who can build audiences, create excitement around our brand, and tell stories that people genuinely want to engage with.

You'll be energetic, creative, commercially minded, and willing to get stuck in. One day you might be filming behind-the-scenes content at a football club, the next you could be launching a new Reebok Teamwear collection or interviewing a partner club.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work with one of the world's most recognised sports brands.
  • Fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Career progression opportunities.
  • Access to sports events and industry networking opportunities.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • The chance to play a key role in shaping the future of Reebok Teamwear across Europe.

Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Free parking
  • On-site parking
