Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000–£50,000 per year, depending on experience
Working Pattern: Full-time, with some remote/hybrid working by agreement

We are established private dental clinics in East Finchley and Balham, with a strong focus on dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, and high-quality patient care.

We are looking for a creative and organised Content Development Manager to take ownership of our content, patient communication, and inbound marketing across both clinics.

This is not just a social media role. We are looking for someone who can combine storytelling, digital marketing, AI tools, patient education, and brand communication to help attract, convert, and retain patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage a monthly content calendar across both clinics
  • Create content for the website, blogs, newsletters, patient emails, social media, and Google Business Profiles
  • Write patient-friendly content for treatments such as implants, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, restorative and general dentistry
  • Work with clinicians and treatment coordinators to turn patient journeys and treatment information into engaging content
  • Coordinate patient testimonials, case stories, video content, clinician profiles, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Support SEO, AI-search visibility, and inbound marketing campaigns

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in content, copywriting, digital marketing, inbound marketing or a similar role
  • Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
  • Experience using AI tools for marketing or content creation
  • Good understanding of SEO, social media, email marketing, and customer/patient journeys
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working with clinicians and turning clinical information into clear, patient-friendly content
  • Experience in dentistry, healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or premium service brands would be an advantage

Why Join Us?

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of content and brand communication for two established private dental clinics. You will work closely with the owners and clinical team and help shape how patients discover, understand, and trust our practice.
