Join Our Team as a Janitor.

• Salary: £13.30 per hour
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Working: Monday to Friday – dayshift 0600-1430 /mid shift 0900-1730 & backshift 1300-2130
• Must have full UK driving licence
• Free parking onsite

About the role:

What you’ll do:

• Managing Security: Oversee the security of the building and key management.
• Safety Checks: Conduct water temperature checks onsite to maintain safety standards.
• Maintenance Tasks: Carry out painting, decorating, and routine checks of toilet facilities and main areas of the school.
• Support Cleaning Staff: Provide proactive and helpful assistance to cleaning staff.
• Helpdesk Response: Respond to all Sodexo helpdesk calls promptly and efficiently.
• Maintenance Completion: Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks onsite.
• On-Call Participation: Once fully trained, participate in an on-call rota (1 week in 4) with an accompanying callout allowance.
