Soft Play Cafe Assistant jobs

Wild Tots Play Café is a fun, welcoming space for little ones to play and grown-ups to relax, and we’re looking for a warm, energetic Café / Soft Play Assistant to join our team.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining café service with helping to create a safe, happy environment for children and families.

The role will include:

• Providing friendly, attentive customer service to parents and carers
• Assisting with supervision and upkeep of the soft play area
• Preparing and serving food and drinks
• Keeping the café and play areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times
• Supporting birthday parties and busy family sessions

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children (essential)
• Has some hospitality experience (café, restaurant, or similar)
• Is friendly, patient, and naturally good with families
• Works well as part of a team and stays calm in busy periods
• Is reliable, enthusiastic, and takes pride in their work
• Barista training is a bonus, but not essential

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Northwich CW9 5FT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (required)
• Working with children: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: £10.00-£12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
