  • Strong understanding of the SDLC, testing phases, and how UAT fits into successful delivery

  • Ability to translate requirements into clear test cases, acceptance criteria, and UAT scripts

  • Defect management experience, including logging, tracking, investigating, and supporting resolution

  • Confidence producing clear documentation, test reports, and quality metrics with excellent written communication

  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, managing workload effectively across changing deadlines

  • Comfort working in cross‑functional teams, collaborating with product, development, and business stakeholders

  • Analytical, detail‑oriented mindset, with a logical approach to problem‑solving and quality assurance

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Capture and validate requirement changes, maintaining clear traceability from change request to test outcome

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including test results, defect logs, and formal sign‑off reports

  • Manage testing timelines, proactively flagging risks, blockers, or delivery concerns

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with development, product, and business teams to support smooth go‑live transitions
