Solar Sales Representative
Solar Panels London – London, UK
Job Type: Full-time · Permanent · Freelance
Earnings: Commission only (OTE £50,000 – £200,000 per year)

Solar Panels London is a growing, family-run company specialising in Solar PV and Battery Storage solutions. We help homeowners and businesses cut their energy bills and transition to cleaner energy.

We're expanding our direct sales team and are looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong track record in face-to-face closing.

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Solar Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll be meeting 2–4 pre-booked appointments per day and offering customers tailored solar solutions. If you're a confident closer who thrives in a commission-only environment, this is your opportunity to earn big in a growing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend 2–4 pre-qualified sales appointments each day (Mon–Fri).
  • Conduct in-home energy consultations and assess customer needs.
  • Present solar PV and battery solutions in a clear, engaging way.
  • Close sales and follow up with customers.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in direct face-to-face sales.
  • Proven background in closing B2C deals (e.g. solar, double glazing, home improvement).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Valid UK driving licence and own car (required).
  • Must be comfortable with commission-only pay structure.

What We Offer

  • Uncapped commission structure – realistic earnings of £1,000+ per week (paid weekly).
  • On-target earnings (OTE): £100,000 per year.
