We create domestic energy savings by installing insulation and a range of heating measures including boiler and solar panels, Simple heating Services are in a rapidly growing sector with secured government funding streams.

We have ambitious plans to grow the business to meet nationwide demand and are looking for experienced and knowledgeable people who are looking to grow and develop in this sector.

Due to growth, we are looking for another individual to support the company

Role and Responsibilities

You will ensure that all installation projects are suitably planned, installed and evidenced.

You will be responsible for:

Growing the insulation section of the business, you must have strong knowledge and experience on the below:

• Cavity Wall Inuslation
• Internal Wall Inuslation
• Loft Insulation
• Strong knowledge on PAS2030 & PAS2035 requirements
• Ventilation reqirements
• Ensure accurate and effective project handover from survey, to install and submission.
• Project planning to meet customer expectations
• Schedule subcontractors
• Ensure installation plans are effectively communicated to installation teams
• Ordering of insulation materials required to complete install

Skills/Experience

• Experience of working in ECO grant
• Strong people management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong IT skills with good knowledge of Google suite
• Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating drive and a positive approach to work
• Strong operational and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines when they fall due
• Strong levels of understanding regarding installation of insulation (Cavity wall, Internal wall, External wall, Loft Inuslation)
• Understadning of ECO building pre-compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
