Job Description

Company – Titan Energy Group
Role – Elite Solar Installation Team (2-Man Crew)
Positions Required

  • Expert Solar PV Installer (Roofer)
  • Expert Solar Electrician

Coverage – North / North-West

Important

If you are average, this role is not for you.

We are looking for a high performance, proven 2 man crew that installs at speed, with precision, and without compromise.

This is not a training role.
This is not for individuals learning the trade.

This is for a ready made team of experts who know how to deliver clean, efficient, high-quality solar installations every time.

The Opportunity

This is an internal subcontractor role for a dedicated 2 man crew.

  • Earnings: Up to £220,000 OTE per crew
  • (Approx. £6,500 per week per crew)
  • Additional Profit Share: ~£50,000 per year
  • Company Van Provided (fuel card + insurance included)

This is a serious earning opportunity for a team that can perform consistently at a high level.

The Team Requirement

You must apply as a pair or already operate as a team.

You will:

  • Travel together
  • Work together daily
  • Stay away in hotels when required
  • Operate as a tight, professional unit

If you cannot work at that level of consistency and cohesion this role will not suit you.

About You (Both Candidates)

You are:

  • Proven experts in solar installation
  • Experienced in domestic solar PV systems
  • Fast, efficient, and detail-oriented
  • Professional with clients onsite
  • Reliable and accountable
  • Used to working in high-output environments

You have a track record of delivering results, not just turning up.

Role Breakdown

1. Expert Solar PV Installer (Roofer)

You are responsible for the structural integrity and installation quality of the system on the roof.

You must have strong experience in:

  • Solar panel installation
  • Clay / Concrete tiled and Slate roofs
  • Mounting systems and bracket installation
  • Solar panel installation
  • Flat roof systems
  • Integrated solar systems
  • Re-roofs and re-tiles
  • Ground mount systems
  • Weatherproofing and finishing to a high standard
  • Installation of bird guard

No leaks. No shortcuts. No call backs.

2. Expert Solar Electrician

You are responsible for the electrical installation, and commissioning of systems.

You must have strong experience in:

  • Inverters and battery systems
  • Consumer units and electrical panels
  • EV chargers
  • Battery-only installations
  • Gateways and monitoring systems
  • Automatic cut-off / isolation systems
  • Full commissioning of systems
  • App setup and client handover

You should be confident explaining systems to customers clearly and professionally.

The Role

This is not a standard install job.

You are the installation team.

You will:

  • Represent Titan Energy onsite
  • Deliver high-quality installs consistently
  • Communicate with customers professionally
  • Work efficiently to hit timelines
  • Take ownership of your work

You are judged on output, quality, and consistency.
