Self Employed Field Sales Consultant

Home Start Field-Based - England, North West

No Basic Salary Provided - Commission Only - Uncapped (Realistic OTE £100k+)

You will operate as an independent contractor. Your income is generated solely through commission on completed sales. There is no basic wage, and earnings depend entirely on your performance. Attending no more than 3 appointments a day with a current average conversion rate of 1 sale in every 3.5 appointments.

Your Role

  • Attend pre-booked homeowner appointments
  • Conduct consultations for solar PV & battery storage systems
  • Deliver professional, structured sales presentations
  • Design tailored renewable energy solutions

  • Complete all documentation accurately

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in direct or field sales
  • Experience in home improvement sales is preferred and solar knowledge would be an advantageous.
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for renewable energy
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK
