Reports To: Director & senior contracts Co-ordinator
Job Type: Part Time Permanent
Working Pattern: Part Time is 20-24 hours per week
Salary Range: £12500 - £14000 PA


Synergy Power Ltd is a renewable energy specialist based in the West Midlands, with a reputation for installing solar power systems in a variety of industries including construction and directly to domestic customers.
As a member of RECC Assurance, all of our installations are carried out to a very high standard and in accordance with UK regulations. We have the Government endorsed Quality Trust Mark, and we work to the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) quality assurance programme.

In a growth industry, renewable energy, Synergy is a trusted provider of Solar power systems and offers many other affiliated services too. Our client base is growing, and we are installing more and more systems across the UK. We are looking for someone who is interested in learning about the industry and who is willing to train on the systems that we use to provide a first-class service to our existing and new customers.

We are looking for someone who has a highly professional manner, that possesses excellent communication skills who is willing to master our systems and help us to grow our client base through. Job Description for Contracts Co-ordinator

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

This is a supporting role to the management team to which entails managing all aspects of the contract process. Full training will be given in areas to ensure quality assurance targets are met

Job Description

  • Ensure clients, installers and suppliers are supported through every stage of the contract process.
  • Act as the main point of contact for incoming enquires, orders and ongoing installations
  • Process in-bound leads, factfinding and associated paperwork
  • Prepare quotations for submission to client
  • Follow up on quotations on the telephone and by email, and clarifying any queries
  • Make telephone and face to face meeting appointments for the support team
  • Processing orders: creating contracts using a template by entering bespoke information relative to each order and sending this to the customer for signature using online signature software. Where necessary printing and sending by post if required.
  • Lodge the applications in order to connect the equipment to the National Grid
  • Ensure compliance with MCS standards
  • Liaise with suppliers and installers to ensure all projects have the appropriate paperwork and equipment in place for works to begin
  • Placing purchase orders for the relevant equipment
  • Produce specifications for installers and manage their diaries
  • Preparing contracts to hand over to installer teams
  • Prepare and send invoices and chase payments from clients at regular intervals
  • General administration duties
  • Support the Management with all necessary tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business

What we can offer you

  • Competitive Salary of between £12,500 to £14,000 dependent upon experience
  • 4 weeks holiday pro rata

The permanent position is dependent upon a successful 3 month trial period where the requirements listed above have been proven
