About the Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in introducing homeowners to our range of energy-efficient products and services. You'll engage with potential customers, identify their needs, and create opportunities for our sales consultants to provide tailored solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contact homeowners to discuss renewable energy and home improvement options.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, insulation, heating improvements, and energy-saving technologies.
  • Generate and qualify sales opportunities through outbound calling campaigns.
  • Schedule appointments for field-based sales representatives.
  • Keep customer records accurate and up to date using internal systems.
  • Work towards individual and team sales objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional approach.
  • Contribute positively to a high-performing sales team culture.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, customer service, or a sales-focused role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence when speaking with customers over the phone.
  • A proactive and target-driven attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience within the renewable energy, solar, heating, insulation, or home improvement sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
