Location: Wolverhampton (Mander Centre)
Salary: £28,000–£29,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift Patterns: Monday–Friday, 8 am–8 pm; every other Saturday, 9 am–1 pm

About the Role

As a Solar PV Installation Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth solar installation processes while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate solar PV installations.
• Maintain installation calendars and liaise with customers to confirm appointments.
• Manage materials, equipment, and logistics to ensure smooth installations.
• Assign installation teams and communicate job details clearly and effectively.
• Monitor job progress and make schedule adjustments when necessary.
• Record all installation details accurately at every stage.
• Collaborate with technicians to maintain operational excellence.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in computer systems and diary management.
• Highly organised and detail oriented.
• Ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
• Excellent customer service and aftercare abilities.
• Assertive, conscientious, and capable of working independently.
• Geographical knowledge and experience in appointment booking are a plus.
• Team-oriented with quick problem-solving skills.
