Job Overview: New Build Electricians :
We are seeking a skilled competent Electricians to join our new build housing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at Ist fixing, 2nd fixing and / or testing, completing electrical installs in and around our numerous sites in the north east area. Experience with new build sites essential. Equivalent employed on site rates of £23+per hr.

Job Overview: Testing / 2nd fix Electricians : This role is ideal for a confident skilled electrician managing their own workload with our Supervisors and would suit someone who welcomes responsibility, challenges, working to some degree on their own and is passionate about delivering a quality job. Experience and competent at testing essential. Equivalent employed on site rates of £23+per hr.

Job Overview: Rewire Electricians : This role is ideal for a confident skilled electrician Experienced in rewiring occupied properties in a team of 4-5 lads . Equivalent employed on site rates of £280+ per day.

Job Overview: PV Solar Electricians : This role is ideal for a confident skilled electrician Experienced in installing in roof PV systems to new build plots. Equivalent employed on site rates of £23+ per hr.

Responsibilities
- Executing installs and testing to BS7671 ensuring that all work complies with relevant codes and regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively, work safely at all times.
- Work with our site teams and management and embrace our teamwork mentality.
- Collaborate with other trades on site when needed..

Experience
- Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of relevant role in electrical testing, Ist fix, 2nd fix new build housing, rewires if needed and PV installs.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to the trade.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical work are advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
