Pure Energy is an industry leading provider of renewable energy solutions, specialising in solar related residential products. With the rise of energy bills, and the demand for green products ever-growing, our demand has exceeded our current team, and we are looking for motivated and confident sales representatives to join us!

ABOUT THE ROLE Although no day is the same at Pure Energy, here’s what to expect as a solar field sales representative.

  • Visiting 3-5 warm leads daily
  • Conduct checks on existing solar panel systems, to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Recommend and advise solutions to optimize the performance of solar systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with solar systems if needed
  • With our ongoing support, stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulations to ensure you are always knowledgeable of the latest solar related news.
  • SEAL THE DEAL! We will supply the appointments, you CLOSE it!

We pride ourselves on our exceptional in-house marketing team, who generate all leads through cold calling. At Pure Energy, there is no need for inbound enquiries, as our team has it covered! We are looking for solar experts, who can follow on from our call, visit the customer and offer their knowledge and advise the clients on the best solutions for their solar system.

Although previous experience within the solar industry is preferred, direct sales experience, specifically closing within the home on the day is essential. Full product training is provided, and the right applicants will be offered this as well as our effective, simple sales pitch. Ongoing product training is provided on a continual basis.

REQUIRMENTS

  • Target driven CLOSERS. We have the appointments; we need you to be motivated and confident in sealing the deal!
  • Outstanding communication and customer relations; the ability to build rapport and take the customer on a solar journey all in the comfort of their own home.
  • A full UK driving license, and your own vehicle is required. You must be able to drive long distances. We are looking for someone who is happy to stay away during the week, when we can expect 3-5 daily appointments, for several days, further from home (travel expenses are covered).
