Assembly Technician — CCTV Tower Build

About Us

Millennium Security Services provides solar-powered CCTV tower units to construction sites and commercial clients across the UK. Our fleet is growing fast and we’re building out our warehouse team in Bedford to keep pace with demand.

The Role

This is a hands-on, warehouse-based role where you’ll be building our Falcon solar CCTV towers from the ground up. Full training is provided on everything — you don’t need any prior experience in electronics, construction, or security. If you’re practical with your hands, enjoy learning how things work, and take pride in doing a job properly, we’d like to hear from you.

You’ll report to our Production Manager and be a core part of a small, close-knit warehouse team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assembling Falcon CCTV towers from component level in our Bedford warehouse
  • Working with Unistrut framing, solar panels, battery management systems, and MPPT charge controllers
  • Wiring and testing electrical components to a consistent standard
  • Programming and testing SIM cards and onboard systems
  • Following build checklists and quality standards to ensure every unit leaves the warehouse ready to deploy
  • Ensuring batteries clean and ready to be charged
  • Keeping the production area clean & tidy

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable, attentive to detail, and takes pride in quality
  • No prior experience in CCTV, solar, or electronics required — we will train you on everything

What You’ll Get
