Job Overview
Our Client are seeking dedicated and skilled Solar PV trades to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of solar energy systems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Description:

you will play a critical role in supporting our solar installation projects. You will work closely with our experienced solar installation team to ensure that systems are safely and efficiently prepared and maintained to support solar panel installations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with solar installation teams or renewable energy systems is essential.
• CSCS and DBS are desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment, with a focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Relevant roofing qualifications or certifications are preferred.
• A valid driving license and the ability to travel to various job sites as required.
