Solar Sales Executive — All Solar Works

The Package

  • £36,000 fixed basic salary
  • 5% commission on all revenue (uncapped)
  • OTE £180,000+ based on 4–5 sales per week
  • Average order value: £12,000 — 20 sales/month = £12,000 commission/month

The Role

You'll be out in the field meeting homeowners who are already interested in solar — no door knocking, no cold calling. Your job is to consult, present, and close.

Day to day you'll:

  • Attend pre-qualified, pre-booked appointments across High Wycombe and Buckinghamshire
  • Present tailored solar PV solutions with clear financial and environmental ROI
  • Close deals professionally and build lasting customer relationships
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Work alongside installation teams to ensure a seamless customer journey

What We're Looking For

  • Proven field sales experience — home improvement, renewables or energy preferred
  • A strong, consistent closer who hits targets
  • Confident and credible presenting in someone's home
  • Self-motivated, resilient and hungry to earn
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Solar experience preferred — full training provided for the right person
