At Think Green Partners we offer residential and commercial customers the chance to purchase into the renewable energy market. We are a multiple award winning company based in Essex including being the RHI Installer of the Year 2019 and 2020 for the South East region.

About the Job:

· The role consists of visiting pre-arranged ‘Warm’ leads, procured via various, reliable sources. You will be expected to build relationship and rapport, whilst guiding them through our sales process.

· There will be 3 appointments a day with leads who have already expressed interest in purchasing Solar Panels or upgrading their current system.

· Full training will be provided including but not exclusive to, providing quotes, system usage, and customer compatibility.

· A robust and rewarding commission structure is in place, with monthly bonus' available, should you meet the agreed targets.

· Ideal candidates will be motivated, career orientated individuals who have an abundance of energy and a positive attitude to meet targets and exceed personal and professional goals.

· This role is commission based only on a self-employed bases with an OTE of £80,000-£100,000+

Products Installed:

· Solar PV systems

· Solar PV Upgrades

· Battery Storage

· Air Source heat pumps

Ideal Candidates will be…

· Good communicators – Preferably experienced in face-to-face direct sales.

· Target driven –Think Green Partners is a target driven environment; it is essential that any new member of the team understands the importance of meeting targets.

· Professional – Every team member must ensure that they conduct themselves in a professional manner, whilst always ensuring they are well presented.

· Experienced - A proven track record of a successful career within a sales environment. Comfortable and confident working on a commission only based structure.

Requirements:

· Full UK Driving License

· Experience in a sales based environment

· Comfortable driving long distances
