Join our dynamic team at AES, a leading player in the renewable energy sector, as we expand our operations and seek talented Solar Roofers to embark on an exciting journey with us. Immediate openings are available for experienced Solar Roofers, and we welcome applications from skilled Roofers' Mates to complement our growing workforce.

As a self-employed contractor, you'll enjoy the benefits of tax deductions facilitated through the CIS scheme. Financial assistance is available for tool procurement, demonstrating our commitment to supporting your professional development.

In return for your expertise, we offer competitive compensation, comprising a daily rate of £135, complemented by a £65 bonus for each successful solar installation completed. Your journey with us begins with comprehensive on-the-job training provided by our seasoned engineers during your initial two weeks. Subsequently, you'll join a dedicated team of three engineers, undertaking one installation per day across a diverse range of domestic and commercial roofs.

While prior solar experience is advantageous, we prioritize candidates with a solid background in roofing. Furthermore, there are opportunities to participate in lucrative commercial installations, where engineers enjoy a standard day rate of £185.

Given the nationwide scope of our projects, occasional travel and overnight stays may be required. Rest assured, we cover all accommodations, including meals, during such periods, ensuring your comfort and well-being while on the road.
