Location: Northern Ireland (Ballyclare office with regional travel)

Package: Competitive basic salary + profit share commission + company vehicle + mobile + laptop

Company Overview:

Newell Heat & Power deliver high-performance solar PV, battery storage, EV charging and heat pump systems across Northern Ireland.

The Role:

We are seeking a strong, experienced senior sales professional with a proven background in solar or renewable energy systems.

This role requires someone confident in front of clients, capable of managing the full sales process, and able to convert high-quality enquiries into secured projects.

You will take ownership of enquiries, carry out consultations, and present tailored solutions, supported by our in-house technical team.

This is a consultative role, but you must be commercially sharp and comfortable closing business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and convert inbound solar and renewable enquiries

Conduct site visits and client consultations across Northern Ireland

Assess energy usage, building performance and client objectives

Work with the design team to develop tailored system proposals

Present and clearly explain technical solutions

Maintain structured follow-up and pipeline management

Convert opportunities into secured projects

Represent the company to a high professional standard

Requirements:

Proven track record in solar or renewable energy sales

Strong closing ability with a consultative approach

Confident dealing with both domestic and commercial clients

Ability to understand and explain technical systems clearly

Organised, self-motivated and commercially aware

Full UK driving licence
