Solar PV Sales Consultant

We’re Hiring! Our solar energy company is growing fast. We have a high volume of enquiries and appointments and we are now looking to expand our Sales Consultancy Team as quickly as possible. We are searching for sales consultants who live local to our offices in Sutton Coldfield, B74 3EL, and who are willing to cover appointments in the Worcestershire area.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our experienced team and help us spread the benefits of solar energy to residential clients.

The Role

  • You will be conducting detailed sales presentations to pre-qualified potential customers across the Midlands area and effectuating sales transactions.
  • Engage with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner, explaining the advantages of solar energy and how it can reduce their electricity bills whilst contributing to a greener future.
  • Educate potential customers about available solar financing options, incentives, and the installation process.
  • You will discuss the benefits of our solar energy, battery products and the design of a system to suit their energy needs.
  • Achieving and surpassing weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives as outlined by the company.

The Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with homeowners.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Knowledge or interest in renewable energy and solar technology is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Computer literate
  • Experience of using DocuSign to provide paperless documents to clients and an understanding of using a CRM system would be an advantage. Training will be provided if needed.
  • Previous experience in direct sales and customer service is an advantage.
  • Full driving license and own car essential.
