Role Overview

Due to growth, we are looking for confident, driven sales professionals to join our team and close residential solar installations.

Unlike many solar roles, you won’t be cold prospecting - our canvassing team generates homeowner appointments for you. Your role is simple: attend the appointment, present the system, and close the deal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations and presentations to educate clients on the benefits of solar energy solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and quotations for clients.
  • Close residential solar installations
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the process

What We're Looking For

  • Strong closing ability with a proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Knowledge or experience in the renewable energy industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for travel to client meetings.
  • Professional and organised approach
