Delta T Eco Heating Systems are an exciting, dynamic and evolving company delivering renewable heating solutions across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

We’re recruiting for an experienced and qualified Heating Engineer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with heating system design, installation and servicing, and a passion for renewable energy.

We’re searching for a team player who takes pride in their work and is looking for a fresh challenge in a growing and ambitious business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site visits to meet with customers, carrying out heat loss calculations and undertaking system design
  • Installation of heating systems including air source heat pumps, hot water cylinders, underfloor heating, solar thermal, ground source heat pumps, boilers, and associated pipework etc.
  • Installation of electrical heating controls
  • Carryout servicing and inspections to heating/plumbing systems and appliances including air source heat pumps, boilers, cookers etc.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on heating systems and general plumbing
  • Responsible for running own jobs and working as part of a team
  • Liaising with customers/clients and suppliers in a professional manner
  • Completing work to ensure it meets company and industry standards
  • Inspecting, testing and signing off completed work

Knowledge & Experience:

  • NVQ Level 2 Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
  • L3 Heat Pump (desirable or qualified by experience)
  • Extensive experience in plumbing and heating installations
  • G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems
  • Gas Safe and/or OFTEC accreditation (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence

Working Arrangements:

  • 7:30am to 4:30pm core hours, Monday to Friday, working across the surrounding areas of Thame (Oxford, High Wycombe, Princes Risborough, Beaconsfield, Aylesbury etc.)
  • Company Van and Fuel Card provided
