Company Overview:

The Solar House was founded to give homeowners a comfortable, welcoming space to learn about solar energy, without the pressure of sales. Our goal is to help people make informed, confident decisions about if solar is right for their homes and lifestyles.

Role Overview:

The Showroom Manager will be responsible for running The Solar House Melksham showroom. This is a customer-facing, sales focussed role.

The role will not suit your typical commission based solar salesperson. Our focus is on doing what is right for the customer, not just getting a sale.

Key Responsibilities:

· Contact all inbound lead enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

· Arrange and conduct sales meetings and presentations to homeowners.

· Communicate the benefits of solar installation clearly.

· Close sales and ensure all relevant information is passed to the operations team for fulfilment.

· Work to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

· Organically generate leads by engaging with Facebook groups, local networks, and community platforms.

· Build partnerships with local tradespeople, architects, sports clubs, schools, and other relevant groups to raise the profile of The Solar House in the community.

· Ensure the showroom is open and appropriately staffed during all advertised opening hours.

· Plan and arrange holiday cover in coordination with other Business Managers.

· Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional environment throughout the showroom.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £40,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
