We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Solar Electrical Engineer to join our innovative renewable energy team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems for solar power projects. Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical systems for solar energy installations, including wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and system specifications.
  • Oversee the installation process, ensuring proper connection of solar panels, inverters, and electrical controls using hand tools and power tools.
  • Conduct site assessments to evaluate electrical infrastructure needs and ensure compatibility with solar technology.
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on existing solar electrical systems to optimize performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and project timelines.
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist with structural mounting solutions and integration of electrical components.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system designs, inspections, repairs, and upgrades for record-keeping and regulatory purposes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with electrical systems in renewable energy or related fields.
