Our company is growing, and we have a excellent opportunities for Roofers with experience of installing Solar Panels in Halifax.

What will you be doing?

• Installing roof-mounted solar PV systems using various mounting systems, adhering to roofing best practice guides throughout.
• Carry out essential roofing tasks such as slate and tile removal or replacement, flashing work, waterproofing and general maintenance to ensure long-lasting installations.
• Running the cables/conduit and working alongside the PV Electricians, and other team members to deliver efficient and safe installations for the clients.
• Supporting the Electrician with the commissioning of the Battery Storage and Charging Systems.
• Upholding safety procedures at all times whilst maintaining a professional customer experience.

What Should You Have?

• Previous experience installing Solar PV Systems on residential or commercial properties would be an advantage, but not essential.
• Proven experience as a Roofer with strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
• The ability to work as part of a team and excellent communication skills.
• Completed an apprenticeship or traineeship approved by SVQ.
• Full UK Driver’s License.
