Company - UK Solar Experts

Role - Solar energy sales closer

Basic salary - £40,000

OTE - £150,000

Important - This is not a field sales role!

Working Hours :

Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm

Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am - 2:30pm (Rotational)

This is for a Solar Energy Consultant who is a sales expert and demands to be financially rewarded.

Are you a Solar Energy Sales Consultant/Closer who wants to join a vibrant energetic team & works out of a modern office?

No more travelling up and down the country, you will meet our prospective clients online and present our products and services to them, and close the deals there and then online.

The Process

1- Our in-house marketing team provide approximately 50 fresh Google leads per day.

2- Our in-house sales advisers call the leads and pre qualify them, once qualified they set up the online appointments for you.

3- You will support the clients wants & needs by taking them through a step by step proven sales presentation, then simply close the deal.

4- You will work your pipeline of clients daily.

This role is not your ‘off the shelf generic sales role’, you will work in a state-of-the-art office, and work alongside a tight knit team, and you will be an integral part of that team.

You will have an important role in our company, and be valued.

You will be the driving force of our sales.

The support, training and advancement that you will receive from ourselves is like no other.

You do not have to generate any leads - this is not cold calling, these are clients who have signed up and shown a specific interest in our products already.

Requirements / Deal Breakers

Must have direct experience of working in the Solar Panel and Battery Storage Industry.

You must have proficient computer skills.

Excellent communication skills and must not be scared to speak the truth.

High energy.

Powerful work ethic.

Be money motivated, success driven and result orientated.

Must want to become more.

Must have your own vehicle, to drive to the office.

About You

You are a born energetic closer, want to be part of a team, have your voice heard & be heavily paid for your expertise.

You have a complete understanding of the installation process & industry with a proven track record of closing high ticket solar/battery deals.

Self Employed or Permanent Employment Position.

Basic Salary - £40,000

OTE - £150,000 Uncapped
