Reading & surrounding areas | 60-mile radius | Uncapped commission

We are looking for experienced, high-performing direct sales closers to join our fast expanding team.

We have an increasing flow of fully qualified warm-roof enquiries and are looking for proven sales professionals who know how to turn genuine homeowner interest into high-value sales.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will attend qualified homeowner enquiries, carry out a professional survey of the existing roof, understand the customer's requirements, explain our warm roof system and its benefits, and present a clear quotation.

Our warm roof system offers:

  • A minimum 25-year lifespan
  • A high-quality solution designed to improve the performance and appearance of the roof
  • A unique aftercare package covering both the internal and external aspects of the roof
  • A professional, long-term home improvement solution that gives homeowners confidence in their investment

We are not looking for someone who simply wants a sales job.

We want proven closers who are comfortable selling high-ticket home improvements and who want to maximise their earning potential.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in direct sales, ideally selling high-value products or services directly to homeowners.

Experience in areas such as:

  • Fenestration / windows, doors & conservatories
  • Solar
  • Boilers / heating
  • Roofing
  • Insulation
  • Home extensions
  • Driveways
  • Wall coatings
  • Other high-ticket home improvement products

will be highly relevant.

You should be confident conducting appointments, building rapport quickly, identifying customer needs, presenting value, handling objections and closing the sale.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • proven direct sales experience
  • Experience selling high-ticket products to homeowners
  • A proven ability to close sales
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Ability to manage your own diary and workload
  • Confidence working independently
  • A genuine desire to achieve and maximise your earnings
