Field Sales Representative (OTE £100K) -Yorkshire
Self-Employed | Solar Fast | Yorkshire.

If you’re an experienced solar salesperson/home improvements with a proven track record of being able close deals.

Full training is provided and you’ll be supported by a sales manager and a marketing department, to ensure prospect quality.

The Role (Self-Employed)

  • We install solar products across the UK, every week for hundreds of customers. If successful, you’ll be working across your regional area selling solar products / services and helping customers save £1,000s on their energy bills, all whilst helping protect the environment
  • You would be responsible for selling products and services ethically within our selling policies. You would also report back to their sales manager daily.

Here’s what we need from a Field Sales Representative:

  • Promote our solar energy products and services and their financial benefits to domestic customers
  • 2-3 Qualified appointments per day within a 50-mile radius of your area
  • Full sales and product training to be given
  • Up to £1000.00 per sale plus bonuses.
  • Support and guidance from an experienced team
  • Progression opportunities
  • Uncapped commission
  • No day is the same, every project and customer is different. You’ll be faced with new challenges and scenarios, improving as you go, working within a fast-paced environment

The Skills

At Solar Fast, we value experience and the willingness to learn – you don’t need a master’s degree to work here. You just need the following:

  • Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Basic Maths skills
  • Excellent command of the English language (written & spoken)
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Full UK Driver’s Licence
  • You will need your own vehicle (we recommend having the appropriate insurance required for driving vehicles for business use)

Where’s The Office?

Our office is in WF10 1PE, Castleford. You’ll be driving to customer homes, meaning that you’ll need your own vehicle. Fuel is not covered in expenses, but you will be making enough money to fully cover this expense.

What’s The Work Schedule?

The work schedule is 5 days a week with some Saturday working, Times and dates are agreed with your sales manager.
