Job Description:

We're on the lookout for talented and motivated Solar Technicians and Electricians to join our vibrant team, starting immediately. Responsibilities:

For Solar Technicians:

- Shine Brightly: Install and commission residential solar PV systems, ensuring every project meets and exceeds industry standards and regulations.

- Radiant Reliability: Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on existing solar installations to guarantee top-notch performance and customer delight.

- Technical Wizardry: Diagnose and resolve technical hiccups related to solar panels, inverters, and monitoring systems.

- Quality Command: Lead the charge in maintaining the highest standard of workmanship in all installations and repairs, while unwaveringly adhering to safety and industry norms.

- Solar Sherpa: Engage with homeowners professionally, providing valuable insights and answering questions about solar systems, energy savings, and maintenance.

For Electricians:

- Electrifying Installations: Perform electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs in residential settings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Reliable Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.

- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of workmanship in all tasks, adhering to safety and industry norms.

- Customer Connection: Interact professionally with homeowners, providing insights and answering questions about electrical systems and services.

Requirements:

- Solar Stalwart: Previous experience in solar installation or a related field is a strong plus for Solar Technicians.

- Electric Expert: Proven experience as an electrician with a solid understanding of electrical systems.

- Sun Savvy: Knowledge of residential solar PV systems and their components is essential for Solar Technicians.

- Tech Titan: Possess strong technical and problem-solving skills.

- Fully Charged: Fully qualified in electrical work.

- On the Road to Success: Hold a clean driving license and be willing to travel both locally and away from home when required.
