Solar PV Door Canvasser

SHARP SOLAR & RENEWABLES | The Green Division of Sharp Technical Ltd

Location: Midlands Uncapped commission Career progression

ON-TARGET EARNINGS: £1,050 PER WEEK | £54,600 ANNUALISED

The opportunity

Join our expanding solar PV canvassing team. We are looking for confident, motivated people to generate qualified homeowner appointments and develop into future team leaders. Our ambition is for successful canvassers to manage their own team within six months, with significantly increased earning potential.

How commission works

Target: 10 qualified appointments each week.

Expected conversion: 30%, equivalent to 3 confirmed sales.

£150 for each appointment converting into a confirmed sale, paid weekly.

A further 2% of the total job value once the installation is completed.
