Door-to-Door Appointment Setter

Great conversations. Better energy choices.

Are you confident, friendly and motivated by achieving results?

Make Green Energy is recruiting appointment setters to introduce homeowners to our home energy services, including solar panels and battery storage.

You’ll speak with residents, understand their interest in managing household energy costs and arrange appointments with our energy consultants. You won’t need to close sales or provide technical advice at the doorstep.

Your role

  • Visit residential areas and businesses to introduce Make Green Energy to homeowners.
  • Start friendly conversations about electricity use and interest in generating and storing energy.
  • Explain the purpose of our energy consultations clearly and accurately.
  • Book appointments for homevowners interested in solar panels and battery storage.
  • Record contact details and appointment information accurately.
  • Work towards agreed appointment and quality targets.
  • Respect residents’ privacy and decisions, without pressure.

What we’re looking for

  • Confident communicators who enjoy meeting new people.
  • A positive attitude, resilience and a willingness to learn.
  • Reliability, good timekeeping and personal organisation.
  • Confidence working outdoors and walking between properties.
  • A professional, customer-focused approach.

Experience in utilities, broadband, charity fundraising, canvassing or face-to-face customer service is welcome. Previous energy industry experience isn’t essential.
