We’re looking for ambitious, driven and highly motivated Solar Sales Consultants who want to build a serious career in renewable energy and earn uncapped commission.

THE ROLE

As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will meet with customers who have requested information about renewable energy and guide them through the options available to them.

You will:

• Explain our solar and battery solutions and available funding options
• Discuss our no-upfront-cost solar Government backed solutions, subject to eligibility
• Understand the customer's energy requirements and circumstances
• Assess customer eligibility for available options
• Recommend bespoke solar and battery solutions
• Review and present system designs
• Prepare tailored energy packages and quotations
• Demonstrate our products and explain their benefits
• Use our in-house software and online applications
• Complete sales orders and required paperwork
• Follow up quotations and opportunities
• Maintain excellent customer relationships
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for sales professionals who are hungry to succeed.

You should have:

✅ Previous direct sales experience — ideally in solar, home improvements, windows, roofing, kitchens, bathrooms or a similar industry
✅ A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ A confident, positive and enthusiastic personality
✅ The ability to build trust and rapport quickly
✅ The ability to explain technical information simply
✅ A professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
✅ Basic knowledge of sales software, Microsoft Office and app-based systems
✅ The flexibility to travel and work irregular hours when required
✅ A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
✅ The right attitude, ambition and work ethic to succeed in a commission-only environment

Previous solar sales experience is advantageous but not essential for the right salesperson.

This is a self-employed, commission-only position designed for people who are serious about earning at a high level.
