The FWT vision is to take the maintain and expand the residential and commercial solar industry and redefine it.Founded by a team with 3 decades of experience, our goal is prioritising both products and service and placing the customer at the forefront of our ethos.

We don’t offer off-the-shelf solar systems. Rather, we have curated a range of panels, batteries, and inverters for their blend of optimal performance and assured quality. We have chosen products that allow us to ensure that every system Spark installs is excellent as standard, seamlessly blending high-quality solar into a bespoke system that is tailored exclusively to our customers.

We are looking for sales executives that are hungry for success by utilising experience of face-to-face sales and communication skills to close the deal.

The position is field based, travelling throughout the South area covering the CO NN CV ME CT GU RH postcodes, attending customers houses to sit appointment face to face. Leads are pre-booked by our back office marketing team who have already spoken to the customer about the idea of purchasing a solar panel system.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain a full understanding of Solar Panels and the market.

Plan & prioritise appointments for assessments with customers who are interested in and have met the criteria required for Solar Panel installation.

Carry out face to face customer assessments. Build a rapport with each customer to close sales.

Follow up with customers once assessments have been completed to deliver a high quality of service, increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Achieve individual and team targets, ensuring each assessment with a customer is of the highest standard.

The candidate

IT Literate

Excellent communication skills.

Highly self motivated individual with the desire to close sales and progress within the business.

Minimum 2 years experience in face to face direct / field sales or retail with a proven track record of doing well. Experience is preferred but not essential.

A positive and friendly attitude with the ability to build rapport with all customers.

Organised individual

Must have use of own car

Must Have a driving license
