Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong partnerships with industry players who can provide consistent leads for the business.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring each lead is followed up, qualified, and converted into successful deals. Track interactions and sales progress using CRM systems.
  • Sales Reporting: Report on sales performance, tracking key metrics and providing regular updates to management. Support strategic sales planning to improve conversion rates and client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, customer support, and installation teams, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update CRM systems to track lead progress, client interactions, and sales conversions. Ensure data accuracy and timely follow-up.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in handling client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and preparing relevant documentation. Help with administrative tasks such as preparing sales presentations, drafting contracts, and managing sales documentation.
  • Meeting Coordination: Help with internal and external meeting scheduling, preparing agendas, and coordinating logistics.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Proven SOLAR & Renewable Energy experience a MUST.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English (both verbal and written) with excellent
  • Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling administrative duties. Previous experience with CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
  • Travel Flexibility: Must hold a valid UK driving licence. Willingness to travel for client meetings (approximately 40 -45 mile radious).
