Full job description

We are currently recruiting for an Electric Scooter Technician .

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work on high performance electric scooters and electric motorbikes with Solar Scooters, one of UK and USA’s most technologically advanced electric scooter brand.

You will be working in a busy workshop environment, where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing power transporters such as electric scooters and motorbikes.

You will learn from our procedure to develop your skills in all aspects of repairs, diagnostics and all aftercare related with our products.

You will benefit from learning the applications of different tooling and a one-on-one mentorship which will enhance your technical expertise for your career.

You must be attentive to details and also operate as an effective team member, understand how the workshop and a electric scooter business functions from a commercial perspective, develop good customer handling skills and identify ways in which you can work efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Work cohesively with team colleagues and company ethics to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Ensure all work processes are carried out safely and report any concerns.
  • Communicate effectively and treat customers with respect when discussing topics that will support the process of diagnosing and rectifying faults and specific component set up requirements.
  • Behave in accordance with the values of the company, operate as an effective team member and be able to manage own time effectively.
  • Take responsibility being honest and accountable for own actions and work.
  • Prior work experience as a technician is optional.
