Solar Sales Agent – Commission Only (£50,000+ OTE)

Location: West Midlands (Field-based)

Job Type: Self-Employed / Commission Only

Uncapped earnings. Flexible working. High-demand product.

We are expanding rapidly across Yorkshire and are looking for driven, confident Solar Sales Agents to join our growing renewable energy sales team.

This is a commission-only role with realistic earning potential of £50,000+ per year, with top performers earning significantly more.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Meeting homeowners across Yorkshire (pre-qualified leads provided)
  • Conducting in-home or booked consultations
  • Explaining solar panel and battery solutions clearly and honestly
  • Providing quotations and guiding customers through the process
  • Closing sales and earning uncapped commission
