Loft Inspector / Insulation Sales

High Earnings | Career Path | Quality Leads Provided

This is not a call-centre role.
This is not a warm-lead, order-taking position.
And it’s definitely not for someone new to direct sales.

We’re expanding our field team and are looking for experienced direct sellers who know how to close in customers’ homes and want to build a serious income and long-term career in a growing sector.

About the Role

As a Loft Inspector, you’ll meet homeowners in their homes, carry out surveys, and advise on suitable insulation and energy-saving solutions. This is a consultative, face-to-face sale that rewards professionalism, trust-building, and closing ability.

You’ll be working with pre-qualified leads (not self-generated), allowing you to focus on what you do best: selling.

What Sets This Apart

  • 3–5 quality leads per day within your local region
  • Commission-only with genuinely excellent earning potential
  • Structured onboarding, on-the-road training, and ongoing development
  • Full software and systems training provided
  • A role designed to grow with you – not a short-term gig

Many of our top performers come from solar, insulation, or other in-home improvement sales backgrounds and see this as a step up, not a sideways move.

Who This Role Is For

  • Minimum 2 years’ direct, in-home sales experience

(Cold calls or cold-call generated leads are highly desirable)

  • Confident closing face-to-face, not just responding to warm enquiries
  • Professional, well-presented, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own diary
  • Own car essential

If your experience is limited to answering warm leads only, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.

What You’ll Get in Return

  • Uncapped commission with strong conversion rates
  • A consistent pipeline of leads – no door knocking
  • A company that invests in training, systems, and long-term growth
  • The chance to build a career in a stable, expanding industry

The Opportunity

This role suits driven sales professionals who want:

  • Control over their earnings
  • A field-based career rather than a desk job
  • To be rewarded properly for experience and performance

If you’re looking for more than “just another sales role” and want a position where your skills directly translate into income and progression, we’d like to hear from you.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £50,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Company events
  • Employee discount

Work Location: On the road
