Join our team as a Solar System Upgrades Sales Representative and be part of a company dedicated to empowering homeowners with cutting-edge solar technology. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to promote our Inverter Recycle Scheme & Battery Storage System And Other Solar System Add Ons Including Radiators & Voltage Optimisers. This commission-based opportunity offers unlimited earning potential and the chance to make a positive impact on both the environment and your income.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments of customers' current solar setups and energy needs. Provide expert advice on the benefits of upgrading inverters and batteries to enhance energy efficiency and storage capacity.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the advantages of our upgraded solar solutions, including increased energy savings, reliability, and resilience.
  • Customized Solutions: Tailor proposals to meet the specific requirements and preferences of each customer, offering personalized recommendations for optimal system performance.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure sales agreements. Handle objections effectively and provide solutions to address any concerns.
  • Order Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact to order fulfillment, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with internal teams.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and assistance to ensure satisfaction with their upgraded solar systems.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and government incentives related to solar energy to identify opportunities for sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or home improvement sector.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy systems, inverters, batteries, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving market trends and product offerings.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Commission:

  • Commission-based structure: Earn competitive commissions on each successful sale of solar system upgrades.
  • No base salary provided; earnings based solely on performance.
