As our Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate a dedicated team, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. You will play a key role in maintaining our high standards, driving profitability, and continuously developing the store to the highest operational standards. This role offers the opportunity to earn a performance bonus by achieving key business targets, including profitability, operational excellence, and overall store performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesStore & Operational Leadership

• Take full responsibility for all daily store operations, fulfilling the team leader role during every shift.
• Lead the store to the highest operational, presentation, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
• Drive profitability by achieving budgeted sales targets, controlling costs, reducing waste, and maximising revenue opportunities.
• Deliver the store's key performance indicators to achieve performance bonus targets.
• Control labour costs through effective and efficient staff scheduling.
• Maintain strong stock control processes, ensuring minimal wastage and maximising upselling opportunities.
• Lead by example in all areas of food and beverage preparation, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve store performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Team Management

• Supervise, coach, and mentor a small team of baristas and kitchen staff to ensure high performance and strong morale.
• Conduct staff training and inductions, supporting ongoing skills development.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating work environment.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Customer Experience

• Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered at all times.
• Maintain exceptional product quality standards and support the team in resolving customer issues professionally.
• Create an environment that encourages repeat business and consistently exceeds customer expectations.

Operational Support & Administration

• Organise and manage staff rotas to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Assist with cash handling, daily till reconciliations, and monitoring sales performance.
• Support stock management, ordering processes, and maintaining fully stocked service areas.
• Ensure all health, safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are consistently met.
• Assist with store social media activity where required.
