CHEF (Part Time or Full Time)

  • Proven Experience: A strong background in a professional kitchen environment, with demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Culinary Technique: Exceptional knife skills and a sound understanding of traditional and modern cooking techniques.
  • Food Safety Knowledge: A current Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety certificate is essential, with a commitment to maintaining rigorous health, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
