Job Title: Head Chef
Start Date: 11 Jan 2027
Hours/Salary: Upto £40,000

Key Requirements

  • Proven culinary background with strong team leadership skills.
  • Experience planning and cooking nutritious meals for large groups.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

The Role & Duties Lead our kitchen team to create nutritious meals for children, teachers, and staff using organic produce from our on-site gardens. We offer a positive environment and excellent work-life balance.

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations and staff.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ingredient sourcing.
  • Serve large groups efficiently while minimizing food waste.
  • Enforce rigorous health and safety protocols.
  • Cater occasional on-site events.
