This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the company as a Practice Manager at our practice in Steyning.

Your main duties will include:

· Line Management responsibilities for all staff at the practice.

· Supporting the clinical team and ensuring diaries are full.

· Rotas and timesheets for staff.

· Dealing with staff issues including grievances and disciplinaries.

· Training and inductions for new starters.

· Ensuring site is fully staffed and complete recruitment.

· Monitoring the practices ordering.

· Delivering practice targets set out by NHS.

· Ensure site is fully compliant.

· Act in accordance with practice rules and code of conduct.

· Arrange staff meetings.

· To ensure audits, logs and records are kept up to date for the practice.

· To be ensure that all staff are complying with current legislation such as Fire, Health & Safety, CQC regulations, RIDDOR and COSHH

· To enforce standard operating procedures for the practice.

· Address patient complaints.

This position is predominantly Monday to Friday. Some weekend shifts will be required to cover when required for newbies, inductions etc. In this case, a day off in the week will be given.

The ideal candidate will either have previous managerial or clinical background.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

• Steyning, West Sussex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Dental Practice Management: 1 year (preferred)
