Tamila is all about small plates and fragrant South Indian inspired cousin and amazing cocktails.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Supervisor at Tamila, you will be vital in leading our team and ensuring exceptional service for every guest. You will oversee the smooth running of the floor, manage staff, and ensure that guests have a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience that leaves them wanting to return.

The position is FULL TIME

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to provide outstanding customer service
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and accurate service
  • Assist with training and development of team members to maintain high service standards
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support management with administrative tasks and performance tracking.
