Full job description

As a Spa Therapist, you will provide first-class treatments and deliver an outstanding guest experience, helping us maintain our reputation as an iconic wellbeing brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of therapeutic, holistic, and wellbeing treatments, including facials, massages, and nail treatments, to the highest standard
  • Maximise treatment and retail sales to meet or exceed targets and KPIs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations
  • Offer professional advice on treatments, homecare, and product recommendations
  • Conduct spa tours, talks, demonstrations, and promotional events to showcase our services
  • Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and hygienic condition
  • Adhere to Champneys protocols, training programs, and health & safety standards
  • Collaborate effectively with managers and reception to manage schedules, treatment changes, and guest requirements
  • Attend all required training to develop your skills and maintain your therapist grade

Requirements

  • Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy, or equivalent qualification
  • Essential massage experience
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client care
  • Flexibility and a cooperative approach to scheduling
