Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Head Chef in preparing and presenting high-quality tapas dishes.
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with restaurant standards.
• Monitoring food production and maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and sanitary kitchen at all times.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a chef/kitchen assistant in Spanish cuisine.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.

Minimum required experience: 6 months

Spanish speakers are preferable for all positions to enhance our guests' experience and maintain the authenticity of our restaurant.
